I thought it could be done in DirectAdmin panel, by changing default email's password that affect 3 things:
DirectAdmin Account, Main FTP Account, Main Database Account
but that did not change the password for the link I gave above.
In fact I'm not sure what the later does, because after changing the password and using my new password to the field "Current DirectAdmin Password:" I got an error that the password was incorrect. I had to use my first one which suppsoedly was invalid after the change.
edit: I was not able to recreate the issue in italics a second time, so either it was my mistake or a one time incident. The problem for the first link's login form still stands.
