How come I cannot reply to anyone's thread under "Free Hosting"?

I think the reason is because of "over helping" (see thread).

Like Jessica.C said, it is because of people over helping ex: posting the same thing as what someone else said and not adding anything new. You can however help here after either: 300 posts or after 50 posts + Application in the "I want to Help" link on the homepage of the forum.
