So I think this might be a fun poll to ask other members how the found x10hosting. Personally I found it when searching free hosting and finding nothing but sites that didn't provide what they offered. I am very happy that I found x10

It's been a while...I've long forgotten.

I searched for FREE webhosts. Made a list and went through them one by one discarding all those which were not REALLY free or had some kind of extra hassle. I had one other site but x10 is the best. I am still wary of being away from the site for too long as I do not want to lose my site due to not logging on every 30 days but there are some interesting topics on the forums to keep us amused.

I kept lurking on a website community and was impressed how it was always up and running and never ( or rarley) go offline. And when I found out it was on a free hosting, it blew my mind. I had always had a bad impression on free hosting severs but x10 hosting really change that thinking.

They are great for start up sites and for people don't need much space and features, however if you want to create a bigger site you would need to upgrade

Yeap, that's where I am at the moment --I don't need much recources for now, but I do plan on upgrading eventually.

I search for reviews of another free hosting site which it took be to a forum not this one and I read all the bad reviews about that hosting site and one poster posted x10 hosting so I switch over to it and didn't have any problems with it. The other hosting site kept shutting my site down so they can send me advertisement about upgrading. I know these sites need to make money but when you start taking sites down to force them into upgrading then it becomes a problem. A hassle free hosting company will get more sales in the long.

As for me I've been paying for hosting for over ten years and my money got funny and here's the best part I shut down my hosting plan but forgot to shut the down the domain name and it was renewed automatically and they don't give refunds on domains so here I'm at x10 hosting and when the money starts rolling in again I will upgrade with just for providing me great free hosting.
