how do i add frontpage files?

Ahhh! I cannot do this, Ive been on here hours and I cannot for the life of me work out how to do it.
How do I add a website I built in frontpage into here? so that when people go on my domain it will come up with that?
Please help, Ive wasted like 3 hours trying to figure it out so I dont have to bother you, but I am so bad at computers

In FrontPage, click on Remote Website properties, select FTP and enter your FTP site (eg ftp://yourdomain.x10hosting.com) and upload directory (public_html) into the requested fields. When requested, enter your cPanel or FTP username and password and upload your site.

but like I done all that, and it worked nice one. But the site says this when I go to it
"Not Found

The requested URL / was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
