How do I cancel my account?

I am not sure if I have an email account as well as a website account with X10 hosting and can't seem to find out where to cancel these things. How can I cancel both?

I checked https://x10hosting.com/support/account/cancel-account?from_search=14629022 but could not find the "Delete Account" link after signing in at https://x10hosting.com/sso/main. Just don't sign in (to https://x10hosting.com/sso/main) for 30 days and it will be canceled.
