how do i connect to mysql database from my script

i have been trying to link my script to access my mysql database, but it keeps on denying me. whot is the name of the database to use. this is my script for my database on x10hosting.
$link = mysqli_connect('elnas@.x10hosting.com','elnas_elnas','*****'); i need help pls.

Replace 'elnas@.x10hosting.com' with 'localhost'

Source: MYSQL database server name
