How do I create a new hosting account now?

Hey guys - (stevenazari here)
I'm trying to create a new account for a client on the new signup process and I'm on the confirm email address:

Pending Email Address Confirmation
Account pending email address confirmation for garysantino@gmail.com

but when I enter the account confirmation code it says

The email address supplied is already in use (support).

I haven't fully signed up yet but now it won't let me proceed the signup process.
