How do I create a support ticket?

Can someone remind me how to create a support ticket for a free hosting account?

I've been looking at menus and screens for several minutes now and don't see any options for creating support tickets.

Or are these forums the only form of support available on free accounts?

For free-hosting accounts with NO upgrade - this forum is the place to ask for support

For free-hosting accounts with upgrade - use the Account Portal (AP) to open a support ticket

Thanks hbazer, I couldn't recall if free accounts like mine were entitled to do support tickets.
