How do I create a website?

I've been using Cutesite builder for years and can't get it to work anymore. I don't know how to update my web page without it. Anyone have any advice? Do I start all over and just link to the old one?

You could start using Wordpress, it is something similar but with a large community, plugins and other things with which you can make pro websites, and it is easily integrated into any paid or free hosting

Guys you have good advice, but I'm more experiments with web creating.

Wordpress and Wix are template-based ones, similar to Carrd, Weebly, and Strawpage, but there is some that actually host websites.

W3Spaces, Neocities, Nekoweb, and even this site itself does have hosting, however W3Spaces is limited in site size, and Neocities is social based mainly.
