How do i install ioncube loader

I am trying to install a website template, but it keeps on saying that i need to install ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so

any help would be appreciated

It needs to be installed by a administrator.
I think we have it however. Try upgrading your php to intermediate at http://x10hosting.com/account
It takes 6-12 hours for the upgrade to take effect.

is ioncube automatically installed once i upgrade

I have been notified that it is not installed.
I have asked a administrator and he will ask Corey for approval and then install it.

Update: It has been installed.
