How do I know my SQL address for outside access?

Ok I am trying to insert into my sql database from outside of the network, and I need to know the ip. For example, when I normally use it from inside the network, it is localhost.

I tried just using my domain, but it didn't work. Any ideas?

Remote MySQL is disabled at x10 for security reasons.
You can only access MySQL from the server your site is on.

Say that it wasn't, do you know what it would be?

If it was enabled, I believe it would be SERVERNAME.x10hosting.com where SERVERNAME is the name of the server you are on. (e.g. Cossacks, Stoli)
But Remote MySQL will be disabled for a long time, possibly forever.
