How do I know what my FTP server is?

I have spent the last hour reading stuff on this website, I can't find this info anywhere.

I am trying to map to my FTP in Windows 7, and I need the server address.

You main domain works.
Also, if you are on server xyz , xyz.x10hosting.com works.
Username is your cPanel username and password is cPanel password.
