How do I link my account?

In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.
Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!

Somebody help me with this.

I tried using the account name , the hosting name , the forum name I signed up with and none of them work. What the hell!?!?!?!?!??!??!

This has happened to me today, I have a feeling the account has been deleted as I hadn't used it in a couple of weeks. I have raised a ticket but not had a response as of yet.

This is happening to me as well... and I get a cPanel test page when I try to view my site.

It is also happening to me. I can't access my Account Panel and my site is down.
