How do I log on to cpanel?

I just signed up & created a new account.

I'm trying to get to cpanel (http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082), but my username & password don't seem to work.

So I tried to reset the cpanel password, the password change was queued, then applied. But I still can't log in - I get a Login attempt failed error message.

So, maybe it's the username? What should the username be? It doesn't seem to be the username I chose when I signed up...
