How do I login/make an account for support?

On the official support page it says I need to login to file a ticket, but when I enter in my cPanel password it says invalid login

I registered yesterday, but my cPanel works ok and my site is all uploaded, but I just can't login for support for some reason



my problem is my "awstats" seems to be bugged and is only showing me as a visitor, but when I look at Latest Visitors from cPanel it shows me that it's definitely not only me visiting, the stats are just messed up for some reason

I think you have to use your forum account info when logging into support.
