How do I make a MySQL database?

I've only just signed up and want to make a MySQL database, but don't know where to go, just a link would be lovely!

Go to cPanel (Link can be found in Account Panel http://x10hosting.com/control)

Click on MYSQL databases option in cPanel. There you can create databases and mysql users
