How do I remove my domain from?! Help!

Didn't work. You cant remove your default domain.

Add a new free subdomain, then make it default. Then you should be able to remove domain.

Client Portal >> services >> New Domain
Read the new domain direction.
You may have to try different free subdomain names, to find one available. "msgrey.x10.mx"
After domain successfully added and detail changes take effect. Then manager your domains.
Ive tried that, and different variations it literally says, in red, " Error – An error has occurred. Please refresh the page and try again."
I then refresh the page and try again and the same message comes up.

Error when? Trying to add the free domain, or making it the default domain?
DNS needs to propagate. It can take up to 72 hours. If you added the free domain "msgrey.x10.mx", navigate to http://msgrey.x10.mx/ when the website loads, try and make default again.
Or check that DNS has propagated here: https://who.is/dns/msgrey.x10.mx
I will need to know the domain name you trying to remove, to give any further help!
the error pops up when I try to add "msgrey.x10.mx" and any variation of it. I cant make anything else default because I cant add anything else, like at all.
The website "http://msgrey.x10.mx/ does not load. The site cannot be reached.
The DNS has propagated. However the error still shows.
The domain I am trying to remove is "itsmsgrey.com". I NEED it removed asap. I no longer want it connected to x10 nor the wordpress site it was originally connected to , however it still pops up in search engines.

Your having all kinds of problems. Maybe the Admin can help you out. What server are you on? Does not appear itsmsgrey.com is connected to x10hosting service. https://who.is/dns/itsmsgrey.com
http://msgrey.x10.mx/ is working just fine. Now you may be able to make it default.
