if you had the domain name working with your x10 account before,
remove the dns settings you added where you got the domain name.
(so it dont point to your x10 website)
If the domain name belongs to your x10hosting account you cant.
(one provided by x10hosting)
as for your x10 account i dont think they can reset it,
you'd have to let it get deleted first,
then come back and make a new account when it is.
because your only allowed 1 account at a time.
