ive sent cloudflare a ticket see if they can sort it out and am sure it can be reset to its original state ?

ive also got an admin ticket open here at x10 if it needs to be escalated higher?

doesnt look like the cloudflare set up can be used at subdomain level you have to have ownership of the ytop level domain unless you use your own domain name ? mm back to the drawing board i think

You can no longer use CloudFlare unless you use (purchase) your own domain and set it up through a domain registrar

A new domain was going to be my next step.
there are a few more issues at hand before that for example not being able to back up my site ( joomla ) with akeeba due to it always tripping the resourse limmit hit system ?
basicaly the resourses are so tight basicaly i can just about run a basic web site?
