How do i set up the url for a file.

Hi, i'm new to all this and i found a random number generator php snippet on a site, i added it to a new file (test.php) and i need to know what to type in the address bar to get to it. Right now i moved it to the home directory, i don't know which directory to move it to.

Put it in the public_html folder and then you'll be able to access it at http://tyler3o.elementfx.com/test.php

I did that, and it only worked for my normal text file not for my php one. It says the test.php is not a valid address or something like that. But i got a normal text file to work. They are both in the public_html folder.

File names are case sensitive
