First step should have been paying for a vb license.

You did not, you uploaded a nulled copy which simply is not allowed. Your account has therefor been permanently suspended.

I dont see th point in using a nulled VB/IPB. if you dont have the licence quote in the footer of teh forum you will get reported to the forum software owners and they will contact x10hosting about it.
