How do i switch from (cossacks)server to another one

The http adFree Server (cossacks)server is down for more than 30 minutes daily. How can i switch to another one hopefully a more reliable one?

We do not move accounts between servers. You can request a termination and then register for ad-enhanced.

Right now we are performing upgrades on our servers which is going to be making some long downtime. Once we are done everything should be running better.
