Hi
I am hosting a 375MB file download over the next week for a contest. The transfer limit of a free account is 10GB and if I go over that limit during the week, I'm going to NEED to upgrade my account to one with more bandwidth FAST to make sure this file stays online and available. However, there doesn't seem to be any way to do that on your website.
It could just be me... but this seems like a poor business model. Not only should your free account customers have the ability to upgrade to a paid account easily, but you should be in their faces about it... after all your goal is to make money, right?? I've been looking around your site for over an hour now and there's just no way for me to give you money! Wow.
Please let me know how I can make this happen so that my site stays online for my event!
