How do i upload a whole site into my file manager?

All my site files are in ONE folder named mysite in my computer documents. How do i upload them all in one click and not uploading file per file??

Sorry if i posted this in the wrong section. Please move it if its the wrong subforum, i'm kinda new here..

1. Zip folder on computer
2. Upload zip file to account
3. Uncompress zip file
4. Move files around as needed
