How do i upload my files at website

Hi,
I have some webfiles for my website whcih i had build.
how do upload these file.
plz give me the ftp details to upload teh files.

Open Windows Explorer, and put ftp://yourwebsiteurl/ (eg: ftp://example.x10hosting.com/ ) , then if it doesn't ask you automatically, right click in the white space where files and folders normally appear, and choose "Login As..."

Put your files in the public_html directory, or a directory in that directory.

The public_html directory is what appears when you visit your URL. Obviously, subdirectories of that are subdirectories of your website. public_html\example1 would be http://siteurl/example1/
