How do I upload?

It says I need a cPanel username...where do I get this or sign up? The website is extremely vague.

I go to the "account panel", which brings me to "Please enter your cPanel username below...."

I click "Go to account panel" and am brought to the screen telling me to enter my cPanel name ("Link your hosting account").
Edit:
And trying to link "torrobinson" says "the hosting username you specified does not exist."

I logged out, logged back in, and it still happens...

Once you clicked the logout - did you go try and sign up or did you log back in here and then go sign up?

Corey was saying to logout / clear cookies and temp files before going to try and sign up. If that doesn't work, then login here again and post in this thread.
