How do I use a different email client to read my x10 account's emails?

I was wondering how to set up my email on something like Microsoft Outlook. I want to be able to send/receive emails on my iDevice for my two email accounts. I know how to add a new email account via the mail app but I don't know what to enter into the boxes. Any help?
