How do I use FTP with hosting

how do i upload my site using FTP and whats happened to Cpanel its gone and instead something has replaced it which isnt as good?

to upload via FTP you have to use some ftp client. Some free and nice ftp clients are Filezilla and WS_FTP

is the host x10hosting for the ftp

serverName.x10hosting.com where serverName is lotus, chopin, boru, stoli, or whatever server you happen to be on.
user is your cPanel username and the password is your cPanel password.

FTP HOST is yourwebsite.com

where yourwebsite.com is your main domain.
