How do I send my domain here? My domain is surfex.info and I have it on namecheap. I can transfer it here, but I don't know where exactly to transfer it.

If you want to point it here, set up at Namecheap for Name Servers using ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com. Click 'Transfer DNS to Webhost'.
