you must disable the option for multiple connections otherwise x10hosting's firewall may block you
Edit (top of screen) --> Settings --> Transfers --> Concurent transfers - set all three to "1"

CAUTION: Your IP can be blocked with x10hosting's firewall - for too many "Failed" FTP logins in a short period

The FTP details you need for FileZilla (or other FTP client)...
click on icon at top lefthand side of screen (Open the Site Manager)
click on [ New Site ] - enter a name for your site

Host: (your account's primary (main) domain) or (your server's IP) - Port: 21

Protocl: FTP - File Transfer Protocol

Encryption: Use plain FTP

Logon Type: Normal

User: (your cPanel user name)

Password: (your cPanel password)

click on [ Connect ]

in short - yes
as I type this - x10hosting's free-server[ xo3 = (old Level) - IP: 198.91.81.3 ] - FTP is throwing "552 Disk full" - this is a server issue so Admins will need to fix it
