How do you apply for a staff member?

Its normally up to the person. I MOD on 1 forum and I just go on and MOD when ever I can. As long as you stay and are committed to your job, then I dont think anyone would really mind.

I think they're looking for people that know very well how thinks work in here, I don't think being a newbie you'll be able to be a staff member, they're looking for experienced, and active posters of the forum, I guess.
