How do you block email addresses from your email?

Yes as in cpanel, I need to know this because I want to lose contact with someone.

And plus there are people that spam my email that piss me off, is there anyway I can block them in my cpanel from my email that is hosting with x10hosting?

yes you can block him. go in spam folder in cpanel

As I look at it, for some reason it doesn't do anything for me.
