How Do You Link Your Account?

When I tried to log in today everything went fine but I can't access the control panel. It says to link my acount:

In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.
Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!

I then enter my cPanel username, Amf66 but then there is an error message that says:

An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.

Also, my website, andrewsstuff.x10hosting.com has dissapeared and the domain is supposedly available. Another thing is that I can't even log into cPanel in the first place. How do you keep your website from being suspended or is this even related? I know there is server problems but I can't find a solution or even know what my server is.

Accounts are normally linked when you confirm your hosting account. Like I mentioned in your 2 other thread ( again, please do not open multiple threads for the same question ) if a user doesn't login to the forums for 2 weeks, their hosting account is suspended. If the suspension is not dealt with in 10 days, the system removes the account.

If you didn't confirm your account, your hosting account doesn't get linked, which may have caused the inactivity suspension to happen. If your account is terminated, you will have to sign up again.
