How do you do this:
http://osc3.template-help.com/mambo_18069

without having to install wordpress? It looks like something bloggish, but my cpanel says that I can't have more than one script in the root directory, and I've already installed the poll script. :( This is so hard... >_<

Edit1:
Okay, I decided not to run these horrible scripts (like that poll script)...but I forgot how to uninstall the thing. Does anybody know?

Edit2:
I'm such a n00b. I think I'm safer with css.

If you installed it by Fantastico in your Cpanel then login to your Cpanel > Find Fantastico De Luxe > Find the one you installed > Click on it then it should give you the option to "Visit site" or "Remove" in the right hand window panel > Click remove.

Hope this helps that part of your problem.

I have to run out the door right now so hopefully someone else can you help you with your other question otherwise I'll be back in about 4/5 hours.

I used the search function in my cpanel and there's no Fantastico De Luxe in there at all. This is what the contents of the .fantasticodata folder look like:

Sorry, I missed your post yesterday.

I'm pretty sure every package gets Fantastico - it should be in the 'Software / Services' section of your Cpanel, not file manager which it appears you are looking at?

It's ok. :)

Ohh, I was looking in the wrong place. Well, I actually accidentally deleted the whole .fantasticodata folder. Is that a bad thing? o_O

Sorry,

I got banned and wasn't able to post.

Silly you! :) Did you get it done uninstalled though?

To be honest if your not using fantastico I don't think you need that folder that you deleted so you should be fine.
