How do you modify your 404 Error page?

Could someone help me out...I am trying to create my own page for each of the error codes.

How do you modify your 404 Error page?

I was able to find how to change it in cpanel, but when I go to my site www.geocachingstuff.com/untitled

it doesn't show my page geocachingstuff.com/404.shtml
