How does hosting work with this site, and how can i install PHPBB3?

I am trying to install some PHPBB3 forums, but i'm not sure how to upload the necessary files to my site.

You can use Filemanager in your cpanel to upload the phpbb3 package file into public_html folder then extract it there.

Alternatively you can use FTP client like filezilla client

host name is yourdomainname.com
username is your cpanel username


upload the files to public_html folder

For FTP you can extract the files on your system then upload them to your account
