Hey gang.... Is this the only way a CUSTOMER can contact you?.... WHen and how do you answer... When will it be back on line? 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year? Your communications is very poor. Also I got a message that my credit card was not approved, then another message with the authorization number saying it was and I checked with my bank and you got my money.. Now what? Relax. Creating tons of threads in the Free Hosting section won't yield an answer any faster.

Have you already gotten a Paid Hosting account and were simply renewing it or changing your package, or is this a first time registration? If you have access to http://clients.x10hosting.com/ , make a Support Ticket there. You're going to get a better answer there than in the Free Hosting forum. If this isn't for Paid Hosting, are you trying to sign up for Illuminated or Prime Hosting?

Looking into your Free Hosting account, I only see a folder called fordmercassociation.com and that would be it. Both your root folder and the above folder have no contents to them.
