How does site get suspending on x10hosting

please explain what are the terms for a site to get suspended....and will the owner be notified before its suspended......

The owner of the account will be notified when it is suspended. If we notified you before it was suspended, it would already be suspended.
We have scripts that automatically check for violations of our Terms of Service and our staff and community helpers also try to suspend as many sites violating the terms of service as they can.

so umm whats the terms cuz i need to know....i was hosting on dumb freehostia and a hacker just report my site and it gets suspended just like that....

You must conform with our Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy.

We make sure that your account really does violate the rules before suspending. If we do suspend you for something and you don't believe you have been suspended fairly, you are able to dispute the suspension. This rarely happens.

ummmm does that means that mobile chat sites are not allowed?

If your website handles the chat, it is prohibited.
However, if you used another service elsewhere and embedded it, it should be fine.

There's some fine-print to the shoutbox/chat script rule; the fine print is the script has to be ran on x10hosting for it to count.

There's locations such as http://cbox.ws/ which provide chatbox services for sites like ours that don't want the system getting clogged with input. THOSE kinds of chatboxes are fine, because it's their resources it's using, not ours


But can you explain more what you meant by mobile chat sites? Just wanna make sure what you're thinking is what I'm thinking you mean, cause if not it might not even fall under that part of the TOS.

That site doesn't load properly. I get a wml file. Is that how it is supposed to be?

yeah its a wml file u have to use opera browser or mobile phone but my version will have wml and html...........i need to know if thats ok before i start using my site and it gets suspended cuz that makes no sense
