How extract .rar file?

That is not possible using cPanel. You may be able to find a third party script to do that.

The server only support extraction of zip archives, which can be extracted via cPanel File Manager.

Also take note that cPanel is capable of unarchiving .tar, .tar.gz, and .tar.bz2 files as well.
