How I can connect my account to the FTP?

I put
FTP Username: maarc@mynewbook.co.cc
FTP Server: ftp.mynewbook.co.cc
FTP Server Port: 21
in FileZilla but the answer is 421 Service not available.

You need to register your co.cc domain with www.co.cc - it's a third party service we don't control. We just allow you to set it up so it's ready at x10, but it still has to get registered over there.

Once it's registered, set the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com.
