How long does it take for a support ticket to be looked at?

How long does it take for a support ticket to be looked at? I have an issue with Mx Entries, because x10's Mx Entry list in cPanel doesn't work, and also, my domain host doesn't allow me to change them.

Heh.. If only you knew how many tickets they get an hour.. That's why the new support system will help out a lot for the staff... It can take a week sometimes for them to reply.. Do not update your ticket.. as it falls to the end of the list again..

In the past, it has taken them a day or two for me (a few hours if you're paid hosting). I'm sure they'll reply soon, just be patient.
