How long does it take for staff to respond to my support tickets?

Most tickets I've done today have been taking up at least 20-30 minutes, some I've hit a stone wall on which means they require even more time :/

We do strive to have tickets replied within 24 hours, but during times of high ticket load it may be a bit longer, that said I'll soon be signing off for today, it's 3.20 am my end and I'm not seeing, or thinking, straight right now.

Also, to add to the time for each tickets, cPanel/whm throwing up a few "server too busy" randomly doesn't help at all. We're working on getting that part sorted though.
