Seems my site is like hella buggy now because of my little domain name change :p

when i go to www.silenthex.net it goes to the default x10hosting index page, sayign "Welcome... blahblahblah edit index.html"

but when i go to silenthex.net:2082 it still has everything in there, and my index is edited and all
Does it play a part on my domain registrar as well as this host?

How do you have your DNS setup? Are you pointing your name servers here?

Have them flush their DNS and such, that is normally the issue.
