How long for my site to come back? Can I have my files emailed to me

It's been quite a few weeks since my site http://www.digmyspace.com went down due to the server move etc.
is there any way I can have the files from my site.
I do have a back up but it's not the latest.
Also wondering how long this will take.

Name servers are not changed.

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Guess that means that the move is not complete and my site is still down
