How long for support ticket answer?

I have been waiting 8 days now for a response to an "urgent" support ticket. How long does this normally take for an answer?

It depends what your problem is. One of the servers has broken down (please see the announcements/server alerts section) so if you're problem is related to that then you won't get an answer because it's still being worked on and there's not much they can do as of yet.

If you want something on your account changed then you'll have to wait also. Although, they should be able to get through support tickets now to change things as an upgrade to the back end system had to be done due to some sort of problem.
