New accounts are usually created very quickly but that depends on how many new account requests are currently pending and awaiting creation.
Give it a few more hours.

As I mentioned previously, there are probably a lot of new account requests at the present time.
New account creation can take up to 72 hours if there are a lot of account creation requests in the queue.
