How long should I expect to be down?

My account was suspended :

"user transfered to another server.
Unfortunately this suspension is not able to be resolved automatically. To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket."

I opened a support ticket yesterday morning, per this instruction, no response and site is still not accessable?
