How many chances do we have to unlock suspension?

I have a high usage problem to find out. And three times I have been suspended. Two of them can be unlocked by myself. But the third one have to be handled by submiting a ticket.

I am not sure how much time I will spend to fix the problem. So, maybe it will be a good idea to know how many chances I have at first. Thank you.
