Escalating, as your previous attempt to get it fixed resulted in a locked topic -after- you had been informed several times the TOS violation on your account would prevent you from getting your databases.

This has been resolved already in http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/103950-only-one-request.html for the folks who end up looking at the ticket. Just thought you might want the full history, as I know this post gets put in the ticket as well.
