How reliable is the free webhosting?

Hi, I am redesigning my dad's T'ai Chi Ch'uan center's site and I was thinking of moving it from Hypermart to here since they are over charging him for the service they are providing so I was wondering how reliable the Free Webhosting is here mainly on the Lotus server since thats where it stuck my account. I have the site pretty much setup on here and everything seems to work ok but I have noticed that sometimes it will go slow or the httpd would be down but I wasn't sure if that was due to the DNS issues they were having.

I have been hosting here on free server for about one year (since sep 2007) with out any problem.
If the site is down for you, confirm it from server status here http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/13706-x10hosting-services-up-down.html

There were some DNS issues in the past days, but everything is working fine now.
